If you are having problems with navigation on the site you may find that you have disabled JavaScript, or that your browser does not support JavaScript.

If your browser does not support JavaScript, you can upgrade your browser to either Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6 or Netscape 6

If you have disabled JavaScript, you must enable JavaScript again to navigate the site.
To enable JavaScript please follow the instructions on the right for your specific browser:

Enable JavaScript

Internet Explorer 6

1. Select the Tools menu, then click on Internet Options

2. Click on the Security tab

3. Click on Custom Level

4. Scroll to Scripting Under Active Scripting, click on Enable

5. Click OK twice

Netscape 6

1. Select the Edit menu, then click on Preferences

2. Click on Advanced

3. Select the Enable JavaScript for Navigator check box

4. Click OK
